Alumna Jenna Piantedosi is Featured Designer at San Diego Charity Event

On Saturday, April 6, 2019, FIDM San Diego is hosting the 9th annual Fashion with a Passion, benefitting Make-A-Wish San Diego and featuring FIDM Merchandise Product Development graduate, Jenna Piantedosi of ready-to-wear women's label J.Dosi, as the event's featured designer.

Around 300 guests will attend the fashion fundraiser, featuring food and wine, a vendor village where guests can shop from a variety of boutiques, a silent auction, fashion swap, and raffle. The event will conclude with a fashion show featuring eight looks from the J.Dosi collection. 

While attending FIDM, Jenna interned for Herve Leger, and went on to work for several designers after graduation before launching her own design company in 2017. Her designs have been described as "chic with an edge," and she received national attention after her designs appeared on Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County. 

Jenna, who has been a featured designer at Fashion Week El Paseo and was a finalist for the 21st annual Rising Star Award in New York City, sells her high-end collection to boutiques throughout the U.S., as well as London and Dubai.
