Head Designer
Be a leader. Oversee a design team and assure that all production tasks are completed. Be responsible for improving the production process, educating a team about trends, and maintaining effective communication between the team and other members of the process.
Technical Designer
Control an image. Develop unique ways to brand a product and ensure that a brand's identity, from packaging to advertisements, stays on target.
Product Development Manager
Lead design and engineering teams to develop new and innovative solutions to design challenges within cost, quality and performance constraints. Implement and lead a unified product development process by managing internal and external resources across countries and functions, from consumer insights to launch and post-launch product improvements.
Preproduction Manager
Maintain the flow of information between the Development Team and the production sources. Oversee product details, textile applications, fit, and patterns. Communicate with global suppliers and manufacturers on a daily basis.
Head of Wardrobe
Find creative solutions. Work with the Costume Designer to plan where and when costume changes take place—then supervise all changes and oversee a staff of dressers. This problem-solver must be cool under pressure, with great people skills and the ability to make quick repairs.
Art Director
Be in creative control. Supervise construction, budgeting, and expedite plans. Oversee the artists and craftspeople who build the sets for movies, television, or the stage.
