Announcing the Winners of the Last Night in Soho Fashion Sketching Competition

Congratulations to the winners of Focus Features's Last Night in Soho sketching competition, Bella Madden and Scarlett Dyer, and the runners-up, Chi Kim Pham, Daniel Lim, and Maryam Varshochi. The talented designers were invited to attend the Los Angeles movie premiere screening and party last night, October 25, 2021, at the Academy Museum where their work was featured on display.

In the contest, Focus Features invited FIDM students and alumni to create an original sketch of an outfit inspired by the film which is releasing in theatres in late October. In the movie, a young girl passionate about fashion design is mysteriously able to enter the 1960’s.

The winning sketches were chosen by the film's director, Edgar Wright, and costume designer, Odile Dicks-Mireaux.
