Grad Named Director of HR at the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa

Outrigger Hospitality Group has announced that FIDM Graduate Christine San Nicolas — who has been with Outrigger for more than two decades — will be Director of Human Resources at the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa, the 22-acre oceanfront property on Hawaii Island that reopened under the Outrigger brand this week. 

Previously, the FIDM Alumna was Director of Human Resources at Outrigger Guam Beach Resort, a role she held since 2016. Last year, she moved to Hawaii as Senior Director - Human Resources, in Outrigger’s corporate office, and before moving to the HR department, she was a Director of Finance for Outrigger.

Christine, who goes by Chris, has a degree in Merchandising & Marketing from FIDM and an A.A. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. She’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
