SF Students Exhibit Their Portfolios to Adobe, Google, Levi's, West Elm, and More
Sixty-five students across eight majors recently participated in the FIDM San Francisco Portfolio Exhibition, a one-day networking event attended by nearly 100 industry professionals and more than 250 friends and family.
"The students benefited tremendously from the opportunity to discuss their work, network with industry professionals, and receive valuable real-world feedback," said Lisa Hoffman, Graphic Design Director and Visual Communications Department Coordinator. Industry partners from companies including Adobe, Google, Levis's, and West Elm, among others, interacted with FIDM students who were stationed in different parts of the campus.
Event participants included students from Business Management, Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Merchandise & Marketing, Interior Design, Merchandise Product Development, and Fashion Design. Visits from notable top executives in our industry for guest lectures, project and portfolio evaluations, and career recruitment are an integral aspect of the FIDM college experience.
