FIDM Museum Named One of 7 LA Museums to Tour Virtually by DoLA

DoLA has rounded up seven Los Angeles museums you can tour virtually from home, including FIDM’s Museum & Galleries, which features a series of inspired online exhibitions via Google Arts & Culture. The popular event website and newsletter also selected world-renowned arts institutes such as the J. Paul Getty Museum, LACMA, Museum of African American Art, USC Fisher Museum of Art, The Broad, and the Annenberg Space for Photography.

“Immerse yourself in the world of fashion and costume design at FIDM’s Museum and Galleries,” writes the publication. “Located inside the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising Downtown Los Angeles campus, explore over 300 items of fashion history online, along with seven online-specific exhibits!” From Parisian haute couture to iconic film costumes and one-of-a-kind accessories, the FIDM Museum & Galleries’ collections offer a comprehensive overview of fashion’s key moments and most important tastemakers.
