Nalini Arora consults for luxury and commercial brands

Nalini Arora received A.A. degrees in Merchandising & Marketing and Footwear Design & Development from FIDM. She also has a B.S. in Business Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Over the last two decades, Nalini has become an in-demand Footwear Designer and Illustrator who works with major brands through all stages of development. She started her footwear career at Skechers in 2001, and in 2005, she founded her self-titled design consultancy. Since then, Nalini has worked with companies such as Ugg, Nine West, Sanuk, Roxy, Monique Lhuillier, Keds, and OluKai, among others. She joined FIDM’s faculty in 2018 and teaches Technical Sketching for Footwear Design and Design and Technical Specification for Footwear I and Footwear II. 

Nalini Arora is an Outstanding Faculty Award Winner, an award given by the student body to outstanding faculty members.
