Be your own boss. Create a new venture and accept responsibility for the outcome. Identify opportunities, create a business plan, allocate resources, and create value as the owner behind a company or organization.

Manager of Merchandise Planning

Be a team leader. Direct planning teams, motivate and retain talent, think strategically, prioritize, and execute accordingly. Analyzeand prioritize workload to meet deadlines and financial goals.

Human Resources Manager

Be a people person. Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for an entire company. Responsibilities range from recruiting, staffing, and benefits administration to employee wellness, health, and charitable giving.

Senior Designer

Create and lead. Conceptualize and design solutions from concept to completion. Direct the work of one or more designers on a design team who create for a category of business or a complete collection.

Licensing Manager

Expand a brand. Manage specific licensed product categories. Develop marketing plans, oversee the product development process, determine financial goals, devise growth strategies, procure new licensees, and manage people.

General Store Manager

Take charge. Attract a clientele, supervise employees in multiple departments, generate revenue and profit, make sure that their store offers products and services that satisfy the needs and desires of their customers.

Regional Sales Manager

Move product. Direct the actual channels of distribution of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals; establish training programs for sales representatives to generate revenue and profit.

Operations Manager

Run things day-to-day. Serve internal and external customers; find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods for business operations; operate the daily business. Strong leadership, problem solving, and great communication skills are a must.

Marketing Director

Get maximum exposure. Analyze, develop, and market current fashion trends into sales strategies. Research current trends in the industry and help set up advertising or other campaigns based on findings.
