Lineapelle Leather Presentation on LA Campus February 5

The FIDM Library is hosting a special presentation from Lineapelle on the LA campus, Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at 6:30 PM. Guest speaker Orietta Pelizzari will introduce to us the role of leather in fashion and will offer insight into the most updated technologies in leather, leather goods, and footwear. Material samples will be showcased.

Held in Milan, Italy, the Lineapelle international leather fair attracts 1,300 companies from over 40 countries. The next exhibition is February 19-21, 2020, and will have over 2,000 items on display covering trends in leather, accessories, components, fabrics, and synthetics for Summer 2021.

Our guest speaker, Orietta Pelizzari, is the owner of Mattori Studio, a trend forecasting and consulting agency based in Milan, Italy, that specializes in fashion and consumer trends, product development, retail, and brand scouting for the fashion industry.

This Lineapelle event is free and open to the public, and will be held in FIDM Library Conference Room 301 on the LA Campus, located at 919 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
