Pam & Gela Contribute to New Wear LACMA Collection to Raise Funds for the Museum

Per California Apparel News, Pam & Gela, the fashion label co-founded by FIDM Graduate Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor of Juicy Couture fame, has contributed one-of-a-kind fashion items for the Fall 2016 Wear LACMA Collection that went on sale this week. The art and fashion collaboration between LACMA and L.A.'s top designers celebrates the museum's permanent collection and all proceeds benefit the museum and its programming.

Pam & Gela's designs for LACMA include t-shirts and souvenir jackets featuring cranes and blossom motifs from 19th and 20th century Japanese ceramics. "Our obsession with Los Angeles and pop culture has been at the core of our inspiration since the beginning of Juicy Couture in 1996 and still rings true with our new brand Pam & Gela,” Skaist-Levy said.
