Mandy Moore Visits FIDM

September 7, 2017

“This Is Us” costume designer Hala Bahmet and actress Mandy Moore, who plays one of the NBC show’s leads, visited FIDM last week for an exclusive event for alumni to speak about how their actor/costumer careers collide. Members of the cast of “This Is Us” were on hand for the August 28 event, amid the costumes of the 11th annual “Art of Television Costume Design” exhibition.

This annual exhibition includes a variety of Emmy Award-nominated shows. Audience favorites such as The Crown, This is Us, Big Little Lies, and The Handmaid’s Tale will be displayed, as will other exciting designs, until October 7th. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
