Grad Phlemuns Designs For Solange and Miley Cyrus

W magazine has a profile of Phlemuns, the L.A. designer who is dressing trendsetting musicians such as Solange Knowles, Lil Yachty, and Miley Cyrus, among others. He collaborated with Knowles' company, Saint Heron, and designed costumes for her Museum Tour. The 2010 Merchandise Product Development graduate previously worked for Marc by Marc Jacobs in San Francisco and New York.
