FIDM is pleased to announce that Donald Robertson, SVP Creative Development at Estee Lauder and world renowned artist, will be a guest speaker on the Los Angeles campus, April 19th, 11:15am — 12pm, in Room 500.
A career artist and Instagram phenom, Robertson has worked in the cosmetics and fashion industry, alongside the founders of MAC Cosmetics, and most recently in creative development at the Estee Lauder Companies.
He also launched American Marie Claire before redesigning American Glamour with Conde Nast and Hearst.
WWD recently quoted Robertson saying, “I am the [senior vice president] of creative disruption at Estée Lauder. I was very comfortable in the magazine world, but I realized at one point that the entire thing was shifting to Los Angeles so I moved my entire family to L.A. because what I am finding is there is more crazy awesome stuff going on here to reach people more than ever.”
