With the global activewear market set to reach $83 billion in sales by 2020, according to a report in Business of Fashion, several new labels are entering the segment now dominated by Lululemon, Nike, and Under Armour. A few upstart brands to watch are: Outdoor Voices, Yogasmoga, Carbon 38, Sweaty Betty, and spinoffs Tory Sport from Tory Burch and Kit and Ace from the family that started Lululemon. All have enough financing to have recently opened retail shops in New York's young and pricey Flatiron district.
