A survey from Conde Nast and Goldman Sachs finds that Millennials (who are starting to earn more money) favor brands that go big on social media. And the winner's are: Victoria's Secret, Sephora, and Nike, according to Bloomberg News. Amazon is the top shopping app across all categories for men and women. The message? "These next generation consumers were born with a phone in their hands," says Pamela Drucker Mann of Conde Nast, "they're addicted to technology and they expect a level of efficiency and immediacy in everything they do."
