Designer
Create haute new looks. Design at least four lines each year, traveling to exciting fashion markets around the world - think Paris, Milan, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Oversee all aspects of the design room, including concepts, sketches, fabrics, and trends.
Design Director
Provide a creative vision. Lead a Design Team in developing designs that match your creative vision. Design Directors have strong merchandising knowledge and an ability to communicate with the Sales Team, along with essential technical skills and fabric sourcing knowledge.
Associate Designer
Learn from the best. Work with a Designer on all aspects of design. Associate Designers develop a strong aesthetic and sketching ability for presentation boards. Also important: technical knowledge, communication skills, and fabric and trim sourcing skills.
Technical Designer
Find creative solutions. Determine the most efficient method of producing a garment to fit a particular market and price point. This creative problem-solver must develop strong pattern making skills.
