    California Boosts Tax Incentives for Film & TV Productions

    The California legislature passed a bill that will increase funding for the state's film incentives to $330 million a year—a boost from the current $1 million a year currently allocated. The bill will also allow subsidies for keeping big budget movies, new network dramas, and TV pilots local, according to the Los Angeles Times.
