FIDM is dedicated to providing a safe learning environment. From free shuttle service and personal escorts to security cameras and personal identification checkpoints, the security system is seamless.

Campus Access and Security Services:

FIDM Los Angeles

• 24-hour security at the main campus building
• Security provided at all industry classrooms when class is in session
• Security cameras in hallways
• Photo identification required by staff and students to access campus
• Free shuttle service to off-campus centers of study, Metro Train Station, Medici Apartments, Piero Apartments, Downtown residences, and outlying parking lots
• Free personal escorts to Metro Train Station and parking lots
• Free escorts to The Annex
• Foot patrol between FIDM and The Annex
• Security at the IDEA Center with guards at the front door and on each floor
• Augmented Grand Hope Park patrol as needed

FIDM San Francisco

• 24-hour security
• Photo identification required by staff and students to access campus
• Security cameras in elevators and hallways
• Free escorts to Powell Street BART Station and nearby parking lots upon request

FIDM Orange County

• 24-hour security provided by private security firm
• Security cameras in elevators and hallways
• Photo identification required by staff and students to access campus
• Free personal escort service to parked cars

FIDM San Diego

• 24-hour security provided by private security firm
• Security cameras in elevators and hallways
• Free personal escort service to cars parked as far away as Padres Parkade
• Photo identification required by staff and students to access campus
