FIDM National Scholarship Competition
Win a full one-year scholarship to attend FIDM!
This competition has now concluded.
Open to all High School Seniors and Graduates, FIDM's National Scholarship Competition looks for students who are creative thinkers and have an eye for unconventional thinking. To enter, entrants are asked to submit a project according to the guidelines set within each category:
A winner and three top Finalists from each category is chosen based on creativity, thoughtfulness, presentation, and promise.* Winners for this years competition will be notified in July 2012 and will also be featured in our Scholarship Winners' Gallery.
Here is a description of projects developed by students just like you in the past: creating a promotional plan for a major fashion retailer; designing a series of posters promoting a certain event; creating the ideal bedroom for a young couple; or designing a new clothing line for the next era of fashionistas.
The deadline for submissions was April 30, 2012. Entries must have been postmarked by April 30, 2012 to be eligible for for this years competition.
We look forward to seeing your creativity shine!

* All Entrants MUST be either a U.S. Citizen or have Permanent Resident status. The competition is not open to current or former FIDM Students. FIDM reserves the right not to award the scholarship in any of the categories if none of the submitted entries fulfill the criteria outlined in the Project Guidelines. Scholarships include tuition, fees, books, and most supplies. If the receipt of any federal or state grants for which the student is eligible creates an amount in excess of tuition and fees, students in two-year programs will have that sum applied to their second year tuition.
