High school juniors accepted through this non-binding early admissions option have the unique opportunity to experience FIDM student life before college begins.

Advantages

  • Eligible for the Junior Merit Scholarship upon acceptance.
  • Priority consideration for other FIDM scholarships.
  • Priority consideration for FIDM Student Housing.
  • Class fee waived for all on-campus Saturday Classes.
  • Reserved seating at the DEBUT Runway Show in March 2015.
  • Attend the 3 Days of Fashion Summer Program in June 2015 at no cost.
  • Invitations to exclusive events for accepted students only.

High School Juniors accepted to FIDM are eligible for additional scholarships through the FIDM Fashion Club. All students can become more involved with FIDM by starting FIDM Fashion Club chapters in their high schools. Visit My FIDM Fashion Club for details.

Campus visits are one of the best ways to explore all that FIDM offers. We strongly encourage you and your family to visit one of our campuses.

Apply

Complete applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received and acceptance decisions are made accordingly. A complete application* consists of:

  • Application form and fees
  • Official high school transcript (first semester junior year grades are required)
  • SAT or ACT score (recommended)
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Admissions essay
  • Portfolio/Entrance project
