• If you desire to live with a local family or are in need of short-term accommodations while searching for a place of your own, this is perfect for you.
• Homestays are arranged through private companies that charge a minimal fee for matching students with compatible families or in single home dwellings.
• Each company has its own rules and regulations; FIDM does not monitor or administer these programs. Applications are submitted directly to the organization.

• Rates include furniture, utilities, and the option to include a meal plan. Advance reservations and payment are required. An agency fee and advanced reservations and payment required (there is no security deposit).
