Park La Brea is centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles and is approximately 6 miles west of FIDM. Everything is within a walking distance! There are 4200 apartments beautifully situated in a 166-acre park, with wide carpets of green lawns, thousands of trees and shrubs, colorful flowers, friendly walks and broad boulevards. This is a controlled access gated community with 24-hour courtesy patrol. For your convenience, there are outdoor parks, jogging trails, an on-site dry cleaners and a garden café. The pool and gym facilities require additional monthly member fees.

Each FIDM unit includes furniture, utilities, cable, internet access, and quarterly cleaning. Food, parking, and telephone services are not included.
