Who can attend?

This event is open to all high school students.

How much does 3 Days of Fashion cost?

The cost of 3 Days of Fashion is $250.00 per student.

Does the fee include lodging and transportation?

Lodging and transportation to and from 3 Days of Fashion are not included. For information about hotels located in surrounding areas please click on your city of interest below:

What are the program hours?

3 Days of Fashion is held from 9:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. on the first day and thereafter from
10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; check-in begins at 9 a.m. each day. This is not an overnight program.

Are meals included?

Continental breakfast and lunch are provided every day.

Where can I attend?

3 Days of Fashion is held at each one of FIDM's four California campuses: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, and San Diego (click for directions). All campuses offer similar programs and workshops. However, the daily activities vary as they are planned uniquely for each campus.

What workshops are being offered?

Workshop titles and content are subject to change. Here are some of the anticipated workshops for 2009
3 Days of Fashion:

• Creativity at Home
• The Technical Side of Fashion: Draping

What are the program details?

Each day consists of hands-on workshops and Guest Speakers from the Fashion, Interior Design, Merchandising, and Marketing industries.

Can my parents attend with me?

We are always happy to see parents at 3 Days of Fashion! They are welcome to participate in the Parent Programs & Tours provided especially for them at 3 Days of Fashion. Parents can get answers to all their questions relating to the admissions process, financial aid, housing, and the 18 majors offered at FIDM.

Every year, 3 Days of Fashion is a sold-out event. This means that participation in the workshops and attendance at guest speaker sessions must be limited to high school students.

What is the last day to register for this event?

Space is extremely limited and can fill up quickly. The registration deadline is June 11, 2009. All information must be received by this date. Cancellations accepted before June 11 will receive a $200 refund. No REFUNDS after June 11, 2009.
