FIDM Fashion Design Students Featured in DEBUT 2008 Runway Show

FIDM/The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising proudly presents a webcast of the spectacular DEBUT 2008 Runway Show. The annual Gala Event is attended by industry leaders and supporters of the FIDM Scholarship Foundation. A special preview show is held exclusively for Educators and High School Students.

The DEBUT 2008 Runway Show featured designs from ten talented students graduating from FIDMs Fashion Design Advanced Study Program. Each student created and unveiled a runway collection based on his or her personal aesthetic choices, as well as principles and design skills acquired at FIDM. This years Fashion Design students were Angela Avanesyan, Jamie Carr, Richard Tzu Fang Chan, Tiffany Kline, Juana Martinez, Hideka Minami, Mackenzie Purdy, Andrea Roady, Tess Smith, Chelsea Titzer, and Jonique Washington.

The FIDM DEBUT Runway Show also features designs from students in the Theatre Costume Design Advanced Study Program and work from Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Textile Design students.
