Debut 1997 Fashion Design

Ho-Seok Seo (Left)

Ho-Seok Seo initially studied industrial design. Giving credence to the adage "good design is good design," Ho-Seok made an unusual shift to fashion design. His dream to become a fashion designer was rewarded when he won the Fred Hayman Scholarship. One day Ho-Seok plans to be counted among the best designers in the world.

Yun-Chong Choi (Above)

Known as Anna in the U.S., Yun-Chong was the recipient of the Michael Novarese Scholarship. She enjoyed her internship at Rampage and someday would like to design her own label. While living abroad, she supplemented her fashion ambitions by studying graphic design at University Rafael Landivar.


Wallace Harrell Hollimon, Jr. (Above)

Wallace Hollimon's fashion career started as a young boy with a thrift store dress-form and his mother's best linens for draping. At an early age Wallace was aware of the difficult road ahead, and dedicated himself to "always doing his very best." His efforts paid off when he won the prestigious Debut Scholarship.


Agata Maskiewicz (Above)

Agata Maskiewicz aspires to a career in both the film and fashion industries. Prior to entering FIDM, she earned a degree in graphic design which will most likely influence her designs. The Fred Hayman Scholarship enabled her to further enhance her abilities.


Hazel Alonzo (Above)

While attending FIDM, Hazel kept a 4.0 GPA, juggled an internship at The Richard Tyler Studio, worked as a freelance wardrobe and casting assistant, and a fashion illustrator/designer. She graduated summa cum laude and was the recipient of the GUESS? Foundation Scholarship. Her goal in life is to strive for happiness and to be the best in whatever it is that she does.


Jason Rodgers (Above)

Before entering the fashion world, Jason studied theatre and costume design at Cal State Long Beach, performed Shakespeare at the Renaissance Fair, and investigated bronze sculpture at Saddleback College. Jason then entered FIDM where his talents for fashion were rewarded with the Nolan Miller Scholarship and the opportunity to design a collection for Giorgio.


Margarita Liana Sudjono (Above)

With a masters degree from Loyola Marymount University, Margarita Liana Sudjono brings the unusual but powerful union of business and art to the fashion design arena. Evening, bridal and sportswear are Margarita's specialties. After apprenticing with a famous fashion designer to further refine her own talents, Margarita's goal is to have a company of her own.


Cindy Lee (Above)

While working for a children's apparel manufacturer, Cindy Lee realized that she possessed both a desire and a talent for fashion. Cindy was awarded the coveted Bob Mackie Scholarship and a TALA Scholarship. While attending school, she worked as an assistant design room manager, an assistant children's designer, and as a children's textile designer.

Veronika Bakos (Above Left)

Veronika was named to Who's Who Among America's Junior Colleges for her outstanding work at FIDM, and was also the recipient of a Save-A-Life Scholarship. Veronika's aspirations include establishing her own fashion house where she wants to "amaze people," making them feel comfortable and beautiful at the same time.

Eunice Park (Above Right)

"Childhood dream becomes a reality" might well be the headline for Eunice Park's life. In pursuit of a well-rounded education, she completed her B.A. degree before entering FIDM. Her talents were well-acknowledged when she received the Karen Kane Scholarship. One day Eunice intends to have her own bridal design company.
